Refunds
Redeemed codes are final. Once a code is redeemed, the subject, term or material it opened is yours for the period it covers, and the code cannot be refunded. Nothing on this page affects your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
Redeemed codes
A code redeemed on your account cannot be refunded, reversed or moved to another account. Check the year, the subject and the teacher printed with the code before you activate it.
Unused codes
A code you bought from us online and have not activated yet can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, or exchanged for another subject or term at any time. Message our sales team on WhatsApp with the code and we will refund or swap it.
Printed materials
A printed summary can be cancelled and refunded while it is still with us, not yet shipped. After it arrives you can return it within 14 days for a refund as long as it is in its original condition. If it arrives damaged or faulty, you choose a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery.
What is never refunded
Codes already redeemed, online sessions already held, PDFs already downloaded, and certificates already issued.
