Refunds
You have 14 days to change your mind. The money goes back the way it came — to your card, to Tabby, or to your GoBachaloria wallet, whichever paid.

You can cancel an order within 14 days of placing it. After that, write to us — we will still help, but we cannot promise a refund.
The money goes back the way it came
Whatever you paid from your GoBachaloria wallet returns to your wallet, straight away. Whatever was charged goes back to what was charged: a card refund to the same card, which your bank takes 5–10 days to show; a Tabby purchase cancelled at Tabby, so the remaining instalments stop. For a card you can choose the wallet instead if you would rather have it now.
Kits and parts
A kit can be cancelled while it is still with us — placed or packed, not yet on its way. Once it has shipped, contact us: a kit returned unopened and undamaged within the 14 days is refunded to your wallet in full.
Plans and tracks
If we cancel your access from our side — a track withdrawn, a plan discontinued — the unused part is credited to your wallet. If you cancel a course, track or plan yourself within 14 days of paying, and have not finished a course on it, press Cancel in My orders: access closes and the full amount goes to your wallet straight away.
How to cancel
Open Subscription while signed in — it is in the menu under your name — and press Cancel on the course, track or plan. Kits are under My orders. If the button is not there, the order has shipped, the window has passed, or you have finished a course on it; email us and we will look at it together.
What is not refunded
Certificates already issued, live sessions already held, and kits returned damaged or incomplete. Wallet balance itself is not paid out in cash; it stays on the account for you to spend.
