The short answer
In the second year of the Bachaloria you study four subjects in the total, each out of 100, which makes 400 marks of the 600:
- Arabic: every track
- First foreign language: every track
- History: every track
- A specialised subject chosen according to your track
The specialised subject on each track
- Medicine and Life Sciences: Physics or Maths
- Engineering and Computer Science: Chemistry or Programming & AI
- Business: Accounting or Business Administration
- Arts and Humanities: Psychology or a second foreign language
And outside the total
- Religious Education: pass or fail, with 70% needed.
- Financial Culture: an activity, not pass or fail. Details

The exams
- Two sittings a year, May and July, and your best mark counts. Details
